THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will be prospecting for sales opportunities with major organisations in the public and private sectors in the heart of the North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire area; This new business sales role will see you targeting such bodies as the NHS, education sector, Local Authorities, as well as commercial premises such as shopping centres, large leisure facilities, chains of hotels and restaurants. The company's offering covers a range of waste collection and recycling services - you'd be dealing with Facility and Estates Managers, together with Procurement.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this position it is essential you have experience in selling a solution, and a proven track record in sourcing and securing new business sales opportunities. You should have large amounts of energy, be extremely driven, motivated financially and by targets - and be commercially astute.

THE COMPANY: This exciting company is being heavily invested in by its group and has seen significant growth year on year over the last 10 years. Offering a full confidential waste destruction service to a variety of sectors, our client has sites in every area of the country and offer a full daily service in every geographical postcode of the United Kingdom.

  • Basic: £35,000 - £44,000
  • Bonus: £15,000 to £20,000
  • Choice of Company Car or Allowance
