Business Development Manager

Leading Premium Spirits Company

Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience) + 20% bonus + car allowance + private medical etc. etc.

Location: M25 (North, North West of London)

The Role:
Drive brand activation and visibility for an excellent portfolio of spirit brands in the best outlets within your territory. Your mission is to maximise pull-through in outlets by improving visibility as well as driving distribution.

*You will target a range of key stakeholders and influencers in key on-trade independents as well as getting exposure to some groups and national accounts to evangelise your exceptional brand portfolio and provide support enabling each outlet to be more successful
*You'll also be working with Wholesalers and their sales teams to educate them on your brands and develop mutually beneficial relationships
*Circa 60% account management, 40% new business
*You will also have opportunity to get involved in and run events and tastings

You must have:
*An impressive track record in on-trade sales
*Have a passion for the food and drinks industry and staying in the know on new market trends
*Experience of creating mutually beneficial partnerships with outlets.
*Passion for bringing high quality brands to a variety of on-trade outlets and driving the new business agenda alongside account management
*A driving license

You will need to be:
*Professional and credible
*Able to develop relationships/account manage
