You're hitting your numbers, smashing your sales targets but there's just something not quite right? Maybe you love what you do but it's just time for a change? 

If this is the case and you know how and want to continue selling luxury packaging, retail packaging, and other high-end packaging products to some of the biggest and most luxurious brands across the globe, then this might just tick your boxes (pun absolutely intended). 

This manufacturing business is making space for a salesperson to join the team. An established team, a team that forms the business and the business is already highly regarded as the go-to for all things Luxury and Retail Packaging. You, you'll be on hand to take it even further. Next-level stuff. ??

Your focus will be selling the packaging products and solutions but you will be working for a manufacturing business that can make it all. Print from Commercial Print through to Large Format and Wide Format Graphics and then the Packaging side of the business. With no limitations, your clients will be spoilt for choice which means you hitting your sales targets are all that little bit easier. 

As a sales person, you know you're only as good as the team behind you. The production, the studio, the client services team. With this, you're well supported. This place runs 24/5 with a full team behind you 4 Estimators, 4 Client Services Exec's 3 in the studio and their production floor is packed with talent too. Your role is to keep them all busy. Prospect, Pitch, Onboard and then strategically devleop the clients you're winning. 

Building up new business takes time. You know that, the client knows that and we know that. There won't be pressure to generate on day 1 but what is expected is the activity, the pipeline building and evidence of your ability to get yourself out there. The more you put in, the more you'll get out. 

Talking of getting out, your team will be based from South Wales. You don't need to be. You need to be out on the road, but it would be expected that you are in the office building the relationships with the team, being amongst it maybe once a fortnight. For you and them, it's important to have that visibilty and relationship.
