My client is a very large Financial Services Network with Branches throughout the UK and a substantial number of Advisory companies specialising in investments and the pensions market in the main.
The company seek a further Business Development Manager to work closely with c 25 Financial Advisory companies at different stages on their business life and of varying fee production. The Financial Advisers will be based in and around the Liverpool area.
The Business Development Manager duties will involve considerable coaching on wealth management and business development for these individually owned practices by motivation, business consultancy, monitoring performance and supervision - all with the overall aim of increasing fee production and quality of business. You may have experience as a Direct Sales Manager (maybe with a Bank or Direct Sales company) or Broker Consultancy/Management for an investment and pensions based Life Company or Investment House.
You will need an excellent sales performance record, coaching, strong wealth management experience and proven supervisory skills and be qualified to at least level 4.
