Business Development Manager - Leading Provider of IT Solutions

Business Development Manager - The Candidate:

  • Good general knowledge of hardware, software and services
  • Knowledge of networking and security would be advantageous
  • 1+ years of successful track record at a MSP or a relevant SI/VAR with Managed Service
  • Proven business to business sales experience
  • Experience working in a busy sales environment within the IT industry
  • History of working within a target driven environment with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
  • Strong exposure to creating and developing new client relationships
  • Must be able to work independently and deal with client requirements

Business Development Manager - The Role:

  • Development of new business opportunities within a targeted company base
  • Management of existing new business prospects as developed by the lead generation team
  • Developing new accounts and selling all cloud services into them
  • Forecasting accurately your sales pipeline monthly & quarterly
  • Focus in and around the London region to generation a minimum of 20 new opportunities per month
  • Achieve and exceeding set targets
  • Liaising with clients and sales team on queries
  • Working effectively with the wider team and engage as necessary
  • Regular feedback on changing client requirements to ensure we remain relevant
