This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a continually growing company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, financially motivated with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced working environment and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of the team. We are looking for a target driven Business Development Manager to join our existing team of both sales and support staff although the role will predominately be working independently.
The successful candidate will be targeted on selling the services the company successfully deliver, these services will focus on IT Disposal, WEEE Recycling and Secure data erasure. You will be managing customer requirements, contacting both new and existing clients to understand their IT asset / WEEE disposal strategy and position the service portfolio. This includes building rapport and developing customer relationships, providing proposals, winning business and supporting the wider sales team. Candidates should be focussed on delivering excellent customer service while demonstrating credibility to drive business opportunities. A positive 'cando’ attitude and brilliant communication skills are also key. Must have excellent attention to detail, high standards and quality of work and be able to adapt to different working styles and needs.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of previous experience selling IT Services. Experience within the IT Disposal industry and being familiar with all WEEE regulations would be an advantage.
•To raise the profile of the business by developing positive and professional working relationships
•To promote the services we offer including IT Asset Disposal, WEEE Recycling, WEEE Disposal, Secure data erasure
•Identify existing, lapsed and new opportunities.
•To deliver consistent and proactive customer contact
•To deliver on targeted business development strategies
•Meet financial targets based on service invoicing / income generation on a monthly basis
•Develop effective relations with all strategic partners
•Multi-task and proactively manage numerous business opportunities
•Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and information security responsibilities.
•A flexible and adaptable approach is required to suit the changing needs of the business.
•Responsible for your own earning potential - uncapped commission structure.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
•Minimum of 12 months experience within the IT Asset / WEEE Disposal Sector;
•Preferred 24 months of business development experience selling IT Services;
•Demonstrable track record of success in previous business
