Business Development Manager (IT Solutions) €80,000- GERMANY

We are excited be working with A Global Tech giant who have recently launched an IT solutions start up within their organisation and are already seeing great success.

They are proud of their technology first approach and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow their EMEA markets with a focus on their thriving German client base.

With the success of their hardware solutions they are now looking to utilise their service and support side of their product portfolio. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial IT services sales professional who has an eye for new business opportunities and who can tap into their existing client base with the goal to add value and increase client spend.

Within this role you will be doing a combination of new business and account management Building your own pipeline, utilising your existing network, working with the marketing team and growing existing accounts across Germany. If you are looking for a traditional IT sales role this will not be for you! This role encompasses a broad range of IT Services solutions selling into newer and more unconventional markets such as electronic vehicles and digital touch point solutions. This role reports directly into the German sales director who is looking for someone with the right attitude; High energy, working with urgency and a hunger to smash targets.

*Fluency in German and English is needed to be considered for this role*

Role Requirements:

  • New Business Development Experience Selling Enterprise level IT solutions
  • Must have a proven track record of selling complex IT Solutions and service based products
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing and IT as a Service.
  • Ability to manage full IT Sales Lifecycle
  • Ability to build your own pipeline and grow existing accounts
  • A desire to progress and identify untapped sales opportunities
  • Fantastic communication skills GERMAN & ENGLISH
  • Willingness to travel (German territory)

**This role is a Permanent role based in Germany....fluency in Both German and English is required**

Salary- €80,000 base (Depending on experience) plus a very competitive OTE,
