Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment
Basic to 40k ote 65k plus Year 1
Leading supplier of permanent and contract recruitment solutions for the IT markets is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager who can develop existing key accounts, as well as explore new business avenues in line with their 2018/19 growth plans.
The company has a strong delivery team, with capability to source candidates both perm and contract across the UK and beyond for niche skill roles. They are now in need of a strong BD specialist who can sell these services and grow existing key accounts as well as onboard new clients UK wide.
You will be supported by an in house marketing team who will be promoting and developing the brand to support your efforts, and who will be able to produce any marketing information you require.
You will typically be following leads and developing a strategy across a number of niche markets, with the aim to source contract and permanent opportunities in the IT market. The role will involve appointment making and telephone work to develop your clients, however the company expect the incumbent to be client facing regularly to build up commitment and win business face to face.
The successful applicant is likely to be an experienced Business Developer with an extensive successful track record in pitching for and winning recruitment business with SME to corporate companies. This BD experience will be selling recruitment solutions, alternatively the client will also consider exceptional Senior IT Recruiters who are looking for a new challenge and to move out of the restraints of a 360 role. You will be well versed in client development and building relationships and may wish to focus your attention on this rather than end to end work.
You will be ambitious, looking for an opportunity as much as a new role and this business is KPI free, with a flexible, mature approach to the role and with a management team that has a track record in building successful organisations.
Package is open and will depend on the experience of said individual, with £35k - £40k base salary and ote to circa 65k in Year 1 with a fast track to management.
