BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Interior Design / Bespoke Office Fit-out Solutions - Corporate High Value Projects

Our client is looking to hire 2x Experienced 'Blue-Chip’ caliber field sales candidates to join its multi-million pound organisation in the South West with a salary (full package below) ranging between £20,000 - £35,000 + Car + Commission and clear routes to progress to management.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with an outstanding track record, negotiation, relationship building and consultative sales skills to target major Blue Chip companies across the UK and overtime, climb the ladder to become a member of the board.


Our client specialises in high value contracts six-to-seven figure office refits, refurbishments, complete office environment and relocation services. Our client will tailor the office environment to the customers’ needs to the final nail using a branded furniture manufacturer and distributor with an outstanding reputation for high quality.

Our client has a solid and reputation within their market, becoming the UK’s market leader in office refurbishment and relocation. Their list of major companies in the UK is impressive boasting many 'household’ names such as Coca Cola, Samsung, Tesco to name a few.

Educated to graduate level is highly desirable.

Extremely organised and capable of managing the full 360 sales cycle.

Experience in dealing with major Blue Chip organisations in the UK.

Consultative/Project lead selling experience.

Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.

Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/Understanding/Solution lead/Relationship Building qualities.

Articulate, Motivated and immaculately presented.

Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (B2B sales in office refurb/re-location services) however THIS IS NOT A PRE REQUISITE.

Quick to Adapt, Fast Learning ability.


You will begin your employment being based out of their head office for the first 4-6 months in order for you to establish your client base, understand our client’s procedures and allow them to train and develop your skills as a company representative. This is not compulsory but due to previous experience, the 'office start-up’ is key to the field sales teams’ success for the future.

This is a consultative & Project Lead sell, relationship building is key and you will need to manage a healthy pipeline with multiple visits to customers in order to get your foot in the door. Our client has an outstanding reputation for high quality pre and after sales service. You will be the face of the organisation and will maintain immaculate presentation at all times.

Covering the South and South West of England you will be targeting multi-million pound market leaders dealing with senior level management across the board. You will have a new business mentality and will go beyond what is required in order to succeed.


Our client is offering two salary bands depending on experience SALARY BAND #1 £22,000 - £30,000 & SALARY BAND #2 £30,000 - £35,000. This includes a commission scheme with a realistic OTE of around £15,000 in the first year. The package includes Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Expenses and further benefits after 6month probationary period to allow you to settle into the role.
