3 vacancies - areas to be covered:
- South East - Kent, Surrey, Sussex
- North West - New Build
- North East - New Build
Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + annual bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Ventilation Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
- Focusing entirely on new build projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc
- Majority of your time will be focusing on generating specifications with building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers and housing developers
- The remaining portion of your time will spent selling into M&E contractors, main contractors ,sub-contractors, developers and builders
- Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts
- Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project
The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager - Ventilation Products with:
- Must have a sold to building services consultants, M&E consultants, housing developers, specifiers OR selling to M&E contractors, main contractor and sub-contractors
- Must have HVAC, plumbing & heating or building services background for example: heat pumps, boilers, valves, piping systems, heating solutions, ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units
- Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities
- Genuine hunger and desire to achieve
- Dynamic 'go getter’ and not a 'plodder’
- Results orientated, energetic
- A team player who is highly organised
