New Business Software Sales - HR Solutions
Location: Home Based, Field Sales (residing anywhere in England, Birmingham / Central England ideal)
Package: Base Salary c. £40-50K (Negotiable on Experience), OTE x 2, Car Allowance, Benefits
Due to planned growth and the establishment of a new team, we are looking to recruit at least two Business Development Managers to sell a portfolio of software solutions & services to mid-market sized accounts throughout the UK.
The business is the UK arm of a large multinational company who specialise in providing HR & Payroll solutions across multiple verticals. Long established and well-respected, the company can rightly claim to be a market leader in their field. The two roles we are recruiting for are pure new business field sales roles; applicants will be home based residing anywhere near good road communications in England (nb one person in the Southern half of England and the other in the Northern half would be ideal).
To be considered for one of these exciting opportunities, you will need to be an experienced Software Sales professional who can demonstrate a proven new business sales track record selling a core business category software solution (eg CRM, ERP, BI, HR…..etc). You will need to show experience of selling to senior decision makers of mid-market sized accounts (500-5000 seats) - or demonstrate the aptitude to make the step up to this level (if selling to SME’s). We are looking for people who can demonstrate a true consultative sales approach; you will likely have received formal sales training during your career. With regard to what software solutions you have been selling, whilst it is true that we would welcome applicants who have experience selling HR Software, Payroll, Workforce Management or Time & Attendance type solutions, we actually have an open mind and would consider applicants without this background just as seriously. Finally, whilst you may well work for a sizeable business at present, we would also happily consider individuals who are currently employed by a smaller software vendor.
