The role as Business Development Manager will be to target new business that will need time critical freight to ensure parts are delivered to clients as quickly as possible. You will also be managing current accounts across the UK looking to promote additional spend.

Client Details

My client is a market leading logistics business providing premium road freight, air freight, air charter. They are able to provide same day service Europe-wide for time critical needs. My client works with major automotive and aerospace companies across Europe, with over 30 offices worldwide.


The key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager will be:

  • Targeting new business

  • Managing current accounts to promote additional spend
  • Meeting with clients across the UK
  • Selling a solution to clients


The successful Business Development Manager will be:

  • 2 years field sales experience with a proven track record

  • Freight experience
  • A logistics background
  • Operations background
  • Articulate and engaging
  • Able to think on your feet and sell in numerous ways
  • Full driving licence

Job Offer

Basic salary £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car
