Role: Business Development Manager - Fire & Security
Salary: up to £35K basic salary, £50K OTE depending on experience
Location: North/West/South Yorkshire territory
Our client provide B2B and B2C security services.
Conduct site visits to establish customer, health and safety and site requirements.
Participating in personal training and development to maintain an understanding of current legislation, regulation and procedural changes.
Providing a positive contribution to the team, building effective relationships and sharing expertise and knowledge with the engineering team.
Ensuring all work is undertaken in a timely manner in compliance with the operating procedures, current legislation and the codes of practice.
Undertake all such duties and take on any other responsibilities as determined by the Management which are commensurate with the nature of the post.
The successful candidate:
We are looking for an experienced technical sales manager with ability to sell and design fire, intruder and CCTV systems for commercial and domestic premises.
You will ideally a minimum 5 years of experience in fire and security industry.
FIA Units 1,3 & 4 preferable.
Knowledgeable of British Standards, BAFE and NSI requirements.
Clean police record as required to pass 5 year security vetting.
Full driving licence.
Career minded with genuine ambition.
Ability to work flexible hours with good time keeping standards.
Strong customer focus
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Enthusiastic and self motivated.
