30-35k Base, 65-70k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our fast-growing client is a leading provider of property services to the London based lettings industry. Through working with many of the top Estate Agents, our client has developed a leading position in the inventory, testing and tenant support sector. Due to growth, they are actively recruiting a client facing Business Development Manager to cover a lucrative London based territory.
As a client facing Business Development Manager, you will:
* Further develop relationships with some of London's leading Estate Agents
* Win and retain new business, ensure long-term relationships and sell across an ever-growing portfolio of property services
* Manage the entire sales process, schedule and prepare for prospect user visits and have full autonomy over daily activity
* Negotiate contracts of varying value and deliver excellence, both internally and externally
* Attend 8-10 meetings per day
* Need to demonstrate a minimum of 2-3+ years target driven and client facing sales experience, gained selling B2B services
* Have excellent communication skills, high energy levels, commitment to client service and leadership qualities
* Be a natural fact finder, a strong negotiator and a keen closer
* Have a head for figures, trends and analysis and show integrity, innovation and accountability
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30-35k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 65-70k in the first year. A full benefits package is also provided.
