Business Development Manager (Manchester) up to £28k + £12k OTE + benefits

We are recruiting for a BDM to join our team operating in the engine room of our operation. Your focus will be to:
- Generate job instructions from a range of existing accounts whilst also driving new business opportunities
- Be actively involved in prospecting all accounts to establish need
- Identify key decision makers
- Initiate contact with C Level decision makers and engage in a highly consultative sales process
- Agree signed terms of business
- Generate qualified job instructions
The preferred candidate will have B2B sales experience where they have consistently overperformed against target. You will be professional, proactive and positive and have the tenacity and persistence to perform even when faced with adversity.
We are ideally looking for candidates of graduate calibre however we will consider individuals who have a demonstrable track record of success in another fast paced B2B sales environment.
