Business Development Manager - Employee Benefits/Pensions/Group Risk

£45,000 - £70,000 depending on experience + bonus (circa £20,000 - £30,000 uncapped)

Based in Surrey - flexible working from home 2-3 days per week

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in their Surrey office. Standing out from their competitors our client boasts truly market-leading technology that can support employees by offering free financial education including online pension advice. On top of this, it is also a flexible benefits platform that can empower employees choices over their healthcare/group risk needs and voluntary benefits.

Reporting to the Sales Director the Business Development Manager will immediately take ownership of a portfolio of accounts so knowledge and understanding of pensions or healthcare & group risk are essential for this role. While there is an element of account management a significant part of the role is pro-actively hunt for new business targeting clients from SME to large enterprise. While the experience of selling technology is desirable this is not essential.

Having already seen significant growth over the last 12 months our client has already had to move offices and are keen to expand the team to nearly double in the next 12 months.
