As one of the UK’s leading brewers, my client offers a large portfolio of distinctive beers. They are a fast expanding business with a great reputation in the industry and many awards to their name. With a turnover in the hundred millions, they are a growing business with huge ambition and vast expansion plans who can offer genuine career progression. They are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage their Kent territory.
As Business Development Manager you will have full P&L responsibility for an existing portfolio of Free Trade accounts. Your role will be to manage the relationship with the customer and to develop and implement an individual business plan for each of them. In addition to working with current accounts there will be some emphasis placed on the development of new business opportunities. You will keep pace with a constantly changing marketplace and anticipate market trends, competitive threats and commercial opportunities within the area.
To be considered for this great opportunity you must have experience in a similar role and have dealt with a similar customer base. Ideally your experience will come from the alcoholic drinks industry but applications from candidates with soft drinks experience will also be considered. As a business who regularly promote from within, an ambitious individual with a proactive mind-set is required.
