As a truly entrepreneurial company they pride themselves on doing things differently and are looking for a hungry Business Development Manager to be the face of the brand in Leeds. If you love craft beer, this could be the perfect position for you!
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving distribution of the brand within your territory. You will inherit a small portfolio of existing customers and be focussed on bringing on board new accounts from not only the free-trade but key multiple operators as well. You will keep a keen eye on the Leeds scene, spotting trends and opportunity for new business. Activation will also be key and you will be given the opportunity to get creative, implementing impactful consumer and customer tastings and tastings. With a growing team in the north they are also looking for candidates who are able to lead and develop more junior staff!
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need a strong understanding of the Leeds bar scene. It is important that you have worked within the UK On-Trade and those who have contacts within key multiple groups will be at an advantage. It is essential that you are hungry, motivated and ambitious as the company are keen to bring on board individuals that will be future leaders of the business in the North of England.
