Our client is a leading contract cleaning company with prestigious clients in all business sectors.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager, to be based in the London area to expand their portfolio.
The role will include:
- Developing all new business in the London area to end user organisations in all business sectors.
- Identifying opportunities in the area, taking the opportunity from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale.
- Identifying opportunities within the existing customer base to maximise sales revenues.
Key Requirements for the role:
- Candidates must have a proven track record in services and or solution sales.
- Experience of selling Contract Cleaning Services or related services is essential.
- Experience in bidding and winning low, medium and high value businesses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The successful candidate will receive and excellent remuneration with an OTE of £40k and car allowance.
Own car is essential.
