About the Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance Role
As the Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance, you will be responsible for growing business across London and the Home Counties, focusing on regulated and unregulated bridging finance. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and property investors, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new brokerages and intermediaries to drive business growth
  • Act as an ambassador for the bank, promoting their products and services
  • Generate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the go-to person for product-related queries
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends to keep your knowledge sharp
  • Be proactive in seeking new business and offering flexible funding solutions


Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance desired skills and experience
We’re looking for someone with experience in bridging finance lending, particularly in a business development role for a specialist lender. You'll be a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of building strong relationships and securing new business.
You’ll also be:

  • Adept at delivering exceptional customer service
  • Able to travel across London and the South to meet clients
