Utilising state of the art technology and a flexible lending approach this offers an exceptional opportunity for a high calibre Business Development Manager (BDM) to build profitable relationships with intermediaries (Mortgage Brokers / Finance Brokers). Career progression is a key driver for our client and they are always looking to promote talent, offering the opportunity to lead your own team of BDM's.
The role will involve a combination of field / office based. You will be responsible for developing long lasting relationships with the broker community over the phone and face to face. They are happy to consider candidates who have broker contacts outside of London and the South East.
The successful candidate must have experience within the bridging finance, refurbishment / development finance or SME loans sectors.
Educated to degree level preferred but not essential.
Motivated, ambitious and willing to learn.
Highly organised, dedicated and reliable.
Ability to build long lasting relationships.
£35 - 75k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
