This new Businesses Development Manager position is open to a determined and hungry individual who is target driven and results orientated. Our client is an International business solutions provider who is a market leader from within their sector who is growing day by day hence why this new sales position has come available.

The Package for this Business Development Manager role:

  • £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission currently being achieved within the team £50,000 - £100,000 + (OTE) uncapped
  • Company Car
  • Fuel Card
  • Pension and other company benefits

You may not have worked within this sector before but this will not be frowned upon as you will be fully trained on the company’s full product range and taught their USP’s .

This is a Business Development role, so you must have experience in identifying new leads, contacting businesses and relationship building from past positions, ultimately building you pipeline for years to come. To hit the grown running you will be given a small amount of accounts for you to attack but my client is ultimately looking for a proactive business generator who basically wants to beat the competition every time.
