Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 p.a Plus OTE
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent / Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a successful track record in account management and impactful marketing within a similar role. Must be a great ideas generator, self-starter and looking for an exciting fresh challenge!

Generate new business consistent with the companies ambitious financial targets, through the use of multiple channels; e-mail campaigning, targeting prospective clients for telephone calls, digital and physical networking and client meetings, exhibitions etc.
Continuously develop the existing Sales & Marketing Plan, increasing revenue with existing business clients
Develop and maintain customer management systems, processes and standards in line with companies procedures
Prepare sales and marketing materials including website updates, blogs and generate content for use in digital / social media to a high standard
Work collaboratively with other members of the team
Be enthusiastic with a high level of honesty & integrity
Be dedicated & willing to persevere
Be an excellent communicator, with great written and oral communication skills.
Previous Account Management / business development experience is a must - ideally within the Finance or Recruitment Industry!
Comfortable using cloud based technology, with experience of CRM systems essential
Show the ability to self-manage workloads and co-ordinate with other team members
