Business Development Manager - £20k basic, REALISTIC OTE £36,000 + BENS

If you have experience in outbound b2b telesales and want to work for the best then this could be your chance.

The role:

  • Calling a wide range of companies to discuss and sell company products and services.
  • Arrange qualified meetings for Field Sales Executives
  • Build a pipeline and keep Sales Database up to date

About you:

As a Telesales Executive you should be comfortable with working to KPI's and targets and be extremely driven with a desire to succeed. You should also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in an outbound B2B role
  • 1st class rapport building and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate previous success in a targeted role.
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • High standards of Customer service
  • High Energy and positive state of mind.

Package:

£18,000 - £20,000 + Commission + Bens - OTE £36,000
