Our client is the world's leader in cutting-tool measuring technology. Based in Derby we provide
bespoke hardware and software solutions to an array of industries including Aerospace, Automotive,
medical and Petro Chemical.

The products are professionally represented and supported to offer clients a best-in-class service,
and to support our growth strategies we are seeking to employ an experienced Sales Engineer (Male
or Female) with a history of selling CNC Machines, Cutting Tools or Software.

The Role:

  • Account management to build empathy, rapport and communication with existing clients to
  • identify and secure new business;
  • Seek new business opportunities and revenue streams;
  • Development and delivery of Internal and external machine demonstrations;
  • Reconciling and integrating sales activity using SalesForce CRM;
  • Handling RFQs, producing quotations and sales negotiations;
  • Attending national trade shows, in-house exhibitions and other related activities;

The Candidate:

  • Target - driven and self-motivated;
  • Smart and professional in appearance;
  • Friendly & approachable;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Able to work independently;
  • In possession of a full and clean driving license;
  • Able to spend nights away as and when required;
