The firm have an array of specialisms and this Business development lead role will assist in managing relationships across the firm, managing the 5 BD Managers and supporting across business development for an array of sectors and practice areas.
You will be responsible for leading on firm wide campaigns, focusing on where there is opportunity and looking at reporting, budgets and ROI for each of these. You'll work closely with the Head of Client Relationship to ensure client specific business development initiatives are in place such as client feedback to maximise retention. You will work on driving new business and cross selling across the firm specifically focusing on sector targets. You will also support the bids team on developing materials and high-level pitches.

We are looking for a BD Manager or Senior BD Manager with experience working in a law firm. You should have solid understanding of campaign management, relationship development, business development and the bids process and be able to develop key stakeholder relationships with partners.
