Business Development Executive
Based in Reading, voted the UK’s best city to live and work in, we are searching for driven, motivated and money hungry sales professionals.
The company are a pre IPO, global leading, award winning Tech Vendor with very exciting growth and development plans. Due to continued success, the company want to add to an already top performing Business Development team. The emphasis is on culture with a desire to expand on a work hard, play hard environment.
Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 + uncapped commission (OTE 60k)
Location: Reading, Berkshire, UK
- Proactive response to inbound leads coming directly into the company.
- New business Development through outbound and inbound calling, email etc
- Appointment setting working to monthly / quarterly KPI’s and targets
- Business Development through the UK.
- To create an efficient strategy with field sales Executives to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct high quality intelligent conversations and maintain an educational communication channel with prospects.
- Research new relevant prospects to the company.
- Learn, develop and create a clear career progression objective.
- Fluent English.
- Relevant sales or recruitment background (at least 6 months).
- Proven track record of achieving and over achieving targets.
- Educated to university level is ideal.
- Motivated and hungry to progress and grow.
Previous successful candidates have come from: Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management.
Previous candidates have come from: Reading, Bracknell, Farnborough. Slough, London.
