Business Development - Field Sales
Grangemouth, FK3 area - £27k - £28k + commission + £7.5k car allowance + benefits
Field Sales / Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing the business in a designated area within the Scotland region, by both maintaining an existing portfolio of business and a having strong focus on gaining new business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop individual commercial accounts, and obtain new business in line with the strategy of the business. Responsible for improvement of customer revenue, volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines, in line with individual, depot and region budgets.
Upsell company products and services to increase revenue.....
Provide reports and information as required.
Learn all company systems and processes - assist in office, as support, if necessary.
Process customer orders, deal with queries, and exhibit the highest standards of customer service at all times
Field based sales and new business development experience. Ideally gained selling into logistics, commercial and agricultural businesses.
- Face to face sales, presentation and negotiation experience.
- Key account management experience
- Full UK driving license
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
