The Role : Shaddowing a senior specification sales manager selling bathroom products into the national and regional house builders. You will learn all the aspects of specification sales into the construction market in a fast tracked 'on the job' environment. This is a rare opportunity to gain specification training wthout going through years of lower level construction sales before being given the exposure to higher level specifiers.

  • Build relationships with developers and plumbing installation teams to ensure required levels of contact are regularly maintained with key decision makers within each account.
  • Deliver a sales plan for the sales territory to maximise growth, prioritizing strategic accounts and executing roll out of nationally agreed activity in line with expectations. Communicate agreed activity through the designated contractor installation companies

The Candidate:

Previous sales experience in any field is advantageous but not necessary.
. Consultative skills with excellent attention to detail
. Articulate, extremely well presented, driven, enthusiastic, commercially astute

£24,000-£25,000 depending upon experience
