We have an exciting opportunity and looking to recruit Business Development Executives who are enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate individuals that are rewarded with uncapped bonus scheme and great opportunities to progress themselves within the company.

The Role:

  • Researching key decision makers in your solutions sector and preparing your own quality leads.

  • Contacting new key decision makers and past opportunities, by telephone, from the existing database of most relevant names/contacts which the marketing department has selected.

  • Focusing on one solutions sector to become an expert in that field. E.G. CIO - Cloud Sector
    Presenting the GB Intelligence platform & services using the professional tools we provide.

  • Working in a collaborative team of 4-8 professionals to exceed sales targets. Individual & team targets.

  • Continuing to develop and learn from both formal training, on-the-job coaching from your manager and from the world’s leading business thinkers at our events.

  • On occasions, attend various Summit's to assist as part of the 'On-site' delivery team, providing excellent service to attending clients.

  • Liaise and feedback with Line Manager & Sales Director on new opportunity development.

  • A background in sales, business to business is preferred

  • Proven ability to continually close sales and upsells

  • Confident and outgoing personality

  • Ambitious and self - disciplined

  • Good time management

  • Excellent Telephone Sales and Customer Service

  • Able to handle rejection

  • Confident to travel globally


  • Fluent in German (Written & spoken)

  • Another European language would be a bonus (Dutch, Spanish, Italian…)
