Business Development Executive

TSRN are working with a leading compliance company who are looking for experienced Business Development Executives to join their successful Sales team.

The role will be telephone based and the successful candidate will be developing customer relationships with both new and existing clients and consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Duties may involve:

To achieve individual sales targets and support colleagues to achieve their sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director

To complete cold calling and telesales activities in line with sales and marketing campaigns as and when required by the Sales and Marketing Director

To build positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase initial revenue and retention revenues.

To record all sales leads and activities in chosen CRM tool in line with the sales team etiquette

To build positive relationships with new and existing consultants to increase number of quotes and sales conversions

To support the Sales and Marketing Director with sales visits, exhibitions and events when necessary

To maintain and handling key customer accounts.

Key experience needed

Positive and driven attitude

Previous telephone based Sales experience

Proactive with excellent customer service skills.

Team driven

Previous experience within a Sales environment
