The Opportunity

The Business Development Executive supports the business by making proactive approaches to prospective clients to secure new business for Altus Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI's and Revenue Targets
  • Making proactive approaches to prospective clients based upon geographical areas
  • Maintaining CRM database records and pipeline
  • Presenting Altus Group and it's values in a professional, polite manner to prospective clients
  • Ensuring personal development through utilisation of ongoing training provided by Altus Group


Position Requirements:

  • 6 A*-C GCSEs (Including Maths & English)
  • A proven history of high performance within B2B Sales is highly desirable, though not essential
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and web based browsing
  • Results oriented with a proven history of high performance in previous roles
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build quick rapport
  • Some knowledge of a telephone based sales process and how to generate a sale would be a benefit
  • Resilient approach and the ability to work under pressure
