The Business Development Executive supports the business by making proactive approaches to prospective clients to secure new business for Altus Group.
- Achievement of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI's and Revenue Targets
- Making proactive approaches to prospective clients based upon geographical areas
- Maintaining CRM database records and pipeline
- Presenting Altus Group and it's values in a professional, polite manner to prospective clients
- Ensuring personal development through utilisation of ongoing training provided by Altus Group
- 6 A*-C GCSEs (Including Maths & English)
- A proven history of high performance within B2B Sales is highly desirable, though not essential
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and web based browsing
- Results oriented with a proven history of high performance in previous roles
- Strong communicator with the ability to build quick rapport
- Some knowledge of a telephone based sales process and how to generate a sale would be a benefit
- Resilient approach and the ability to work under pressure
