Our client is looking for a determined, focused and results driven Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing business based in Deeside. As Business Development Executive you will be responsible generating new business opportunities for the Business Development Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience telesales or business development candidate who is looking for their next move to join a forward thinking and evolving organisation that offers the scope for personal progression, development and uncapped earning potential.

Role:

Making outbound calls and managing a pipeline of sales activity in order to book appointments for the Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fact finding & researching potential new clients, establishing who the decision makers are and making introductory calls
  • Qualifying and follow up of new leads
  • Managing databases and pipeline business opportunities
  • Calling prospective clients and arranging follow up activity
  • Assisting clients with any queries
  • Actively pursuing dormant prospects and maximising potential for re-engagement
  • Meeting targets set

Essential Skills:

  • Being a hard worker, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Team work in sales-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and capable of using their own initiative
  • Ability to identify and create opportunities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to speak to senior managers in large organisations to generate business leads and appointments
  • A willingness to make numerous calls with the resilience to cope with challenges and objections
