Business Development Executive

Full Time / Permanent

Based in Manchester

Up to £25k basic salary + commission

My Client specialises in selling and implementing large-scale sound systems to commercial projects, entertainment/ tourist projects retail outlets and educational institutes within the UK and abroad.

They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help establish their business within their new Manchester office. The individual needs to have a proven track record in sales, be an excellent relationship builder, hard-working, independent and dynamic. A background within Audio would be advantageous but is not crucial. The individual must be computer literate, well-organised, confident and possess excellent presentation skills.

The Role:

Required to develop relationships and generate business with local System Integrators, Contractors, Consultants and End Clients for upcoming commercial projects such as; F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, clubs), Entertainment/Tourist projects (Stadiums, Auditoriums, Theme Parks, Shopping centres), Hospitality (Hotels), Retail outlets (High street stores, shops within shopping centres) and Educational (Schools, Hospitals, Colleges, Universities) within Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds to begin with. This area will eventually increase to all of the UK once enough business is generated in the North of England. To generate quotes/proposals to our customers and regular follow ups keeping track of all leads via CRM/ERP.

Package:

Up to £25k basic (based on experience) + Laptop + Phone. Uncapped commission structure. Must have full valid UK driving license and own car as travel is expected throughout England.
