Business Development Executive
Basic £20,000 plus uncapped commission
(realistic commission circa £10k)
MK43 (office based)

Reporting into the Head of UK Sales key responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Winning new business, account retention & growth
- Strong relationship, sales and customer service skills
- Efficient and effective time management with clear and transparent call records
- Organise, despatch and follow up of marketing literature by email and post
- Provide quotations and follow up within specified timescales
- Setting up of relevant customer pricing schedules
- Process customers' orders and deal with queries
- Manage customer revenue and profit expenditure
- Associated administration, including new and updated data entry onto company CRM/Back Office system
- Achievement of new business sales & profit & growth targets set by the company
- Returns level as a percentage of sales & revenue amount
Skills and experience required for this role
- Professional, target driven, confident, all round sales & business individual
- excellent telephone sales and customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years previous industry related experience in B2B sales
- Musty be a solid team player with good people skills and the ability to work in an international group environment
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills
- Proficient PC skills (MS Office)
- Commercially astute with excellent English and Maths analytical capabilities
- Key basic attributes of hard work, organisation, planning, focus, determination and resilience are required in abundance to succeed in this exciting but challenging role
