Our client, a management Consultancy in Windsor is currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their organisation.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Making warm outbound calls, generating different leads for campaigns
- Using purchased marketing data to acquire regular leads each week
- Taking a consultative approach to clients on the phone
- Successfully achieving KPI targets
Profile of person
- Exceptional telephone manor, friendly and enthusiastic
- Ability to build rapport quickly with SME business who you have never spoken to and have not heard of the business
- Extensive experience and exceptional performance at cold calling essential
- Achieves results by listening, asking great questions not by sales pressure.
- A 'can do' attitude, hungry to learn new skills and develop, naturally show initiative & resourcefulness is vital.
This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday.
