Business Development Executive

An industry leading client is looking for an established Business Development Executive to work on the business development in the SME market via telephone appointment setting from their modern offices in St Mellons, Cardiff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively
  • Assist with the appointment generation on behalf of the highly successful Business Development team
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers over the phone
  • Putting together calendar invitations and liaising with multiple departments
  • Sourcing new clients via cold calling
  • Providing detailed customer care where required
  • Creating schedules and diary management

Skills and Experience:

  • Telemarketing or Telesales
  • Proven experience with achieving targets
  • Experience in B2B cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Proficiency of general office software such as Microsoft
