The Opportunity

To continue our growth we are looking to expand our office based business development function and appoint a Sales Professional in our Manchester (Old Trafford) office. Ideally you will have a background within one of the following: Business Development, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Telesales or any other Telephone based sales (e.g. Insurance/ Banking/ Energy etc).

Salary & Progression

£23,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)

As well as full and ongoing training and development, we offer excellent progression options internally as a Business Development Executive, with 100% of our Team Leaders and Sales Team Managers having been promoted through our Sales development scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be targeted to book 2 appointments per day for your team of field-based Property Consultants, using targeted and clearly defined opportunities (no lead-generation involved)
  • Selling straight forward commercial propositions to intelligent business customers
  • A positive work ethic with the ability to work well within a wider team whilst managing your own work-load

Key Requirements:

  • Proven successful telephone sales experience gained in a targeted B2B environment
  • Ability to deliver a quality pitch, and an ability to handle objections smoothly
  • Hungry & driven to over-achieve
  • Tenacious approach, under-pinned with integrity
