The story so far...

To say it has been a busy start to the year for is an understatement! Just before Christmas we left the big smoke and relocated to the bustling seaside haven of Brighton. It has been so much fun, we have started to fill our new office with some great talent - a brand new sales team has been hired to support our ever growing customer demand.

We now have another brand new role for - a really important position that is going to help continue our growth and client relationships as we strive to become the best and fastest growing LGBT friendly travel provider in the world! Yes we’re super ambitious and so, hopefully, are you!!!

This role will support some online business development opportunities of our new sister brand - all will be revealed very soon but it is fair to say are doing extremely well and this new acquisition is very exciting indeed!

The role - Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive business development ninja! Someone who loves to research and generate great leads, gets a kick out of striking a deal and is uber persistent but balances that well with excellent rapport building skills.

You ideally will have supported b2b sales, be someone who is extremely organised and have experience negotiating with clients - selling ice to eskimos would be a walk in the park for you!

This is such a fantastically unique opportunity for someone with a passionate interest in LGBT travel to really make an impact within an already reputable start up. You should be commercially astute and naturally inquisitive - this role will allow you to get under the skin of our business at a very exciting stage and work closely with our MD & Founder Darren Burn. Tech savvy, you will ideally be familiar with some of these - Google Suite, Zoho CRM, Canva, Trello.
