Business Development Executive

Central Employment is delighted to be working with a leading provider of technology-based services to the property sector, due to a recent investment they are looking to expand the Sales team with an additional Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience of bringing on new business in a B2B role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that is leading the market currently.

Key Responsibilities

  • New business sales (B2B)
  • Identify and qualify sales leads
  • Work towards targets to drive the business forward
  • Run online product demonstrations confidently
  • Recognise opportunities to cross-sell within other departments to maximise sales opportunities
  • Liaise with Account Management team

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 2x years B2B sales experience
  • A previous background within a software or solutions environment is desirable
  • Proven ability working to and exceed targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Confidence handling objections
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Driving licence is desirable but not essential
  • A driven candidate, who can organise their own time and work to deadlines
