SalaryUp to £22k plus £10k OTE
Location - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9
Hours - Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:30 (Full Time)
Our client provides staffing procurement technology. They are currently responsible for managing an annualised spend on services exceeding £330m on behalf of 90 organisations throughout the UK. Their customers include local authorities, housing associations, police authorities, schools, and universities, who all use their technology to reduce their overall spend on engaging temporary agency staff, interims, and consultants.
A Business Development Executive is required to support a successful sales team. The person will be required to be office based providing lead generation support in the form of Telesales, Email marketing, and utilising social selling channels.
In addition to lead generation, the person will be required to provide additional administrative support to the sales team including supporting bid teams and ensuring the CRM is up to date.
Specification for Business Development Executive
Ability to articulate complex services via the telephone;
Experience using the Microsoft Office Package - particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
Experience of providing lead support to a sales team;
Proactive, tenacious and focused in your approach;
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally;
A flexible and 'can do' approach;
A proactive approach to work;
The ability to work using own initiative;
Excellent attention to detail.
