I have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive to help drive a Wakefield based business forward. The role will see you use a consultative approach to create opportunities to provide a solution and set high-quality appointments

Client Details

My client based in Wakefield are looking to strength their team with a Business Development Executive due to company growth. My client specialise in hard copy and electronic document management, providing the hardware, software, service and expertise that enables organisations to cut costs, improve efficiencies and become greener


As a Business Development Executive you will:

  • Build a relationship and rapport with target companies through a consultative approach
  • Use effective questioning, fact-finding and strong active listening when talking to clients
  • Create opportunities to provide a solution and set high-quality appointments
  • Understand your clients, their business setup, problems, desires and need for a solution


The successful candidate will:

  • Be self motivated/self driven to achieve with a proactive attitude and a desire to succeed
  • Have previous experience in a telesales environment
  • Have previous experience working in a fast paced target driven environment
  • Have a high level of customer service

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £20,000 plus uncapped commission, free parking and salary sacrifice schemes
