Our client is a Global leader within Video Conferencing and Unified Communications who work with over 5000 sites globally. An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Executive to join their team.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Location: Camberley (free parking and easy access via public transport)
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role linking the Marketing and Sales function of the company. You will be tasked with nurturing and qualify warm marketing leads which will be achieved using outbound calling and social media and to book an introductory call or meeting for the external Account Management team.
Your duties will include -
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s set by Marketing and Sales
- Regularly follow up all warm leads maintaining and building a sales pipeline
- Booking introductory calls or meetings for the external Accounts Managers
- Assist in the planning of targeted calling campaigns into key verticals ahead of executing an effective calling plan
- Create, update and maintain accurate records within the internal database
The successful Business Development will have the following skills / experience -
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starters who constantly strives to hit target.
- Confidence in speaking to senior decision makers and be personable enough to break down the barriers required to start building relationships.
- Good at listening skills, professional and articulate
- Previous experience of business to business telesales
- A good understanding / interest of technology
