Business Development Executive

£25,000 to £40,000 + £60,000 OTE + Great Benefits


Get Recruited is working with an innovative communications company based in Milton Keynes, who due to continued success are looking to expand their sales team and recruit a driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive.

As a Business Development Executive you will play a key part in the development of the sales pipeline, both generating new business and retaining existing business. The role will involve working towards sales targets and applying a proactive approach.


  • Achieve demanding but realistic sales targets by proactively sourcing new clients, arranging meetings and closing sales
  • Play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the business and the sales messages that will be conveyed by the company.
  • Establish long term sales channels within the company's key markets
  • Build sustainable distribution channels
  • Sell Access and Managed Services to new customers.
  • Build and maintain an active prospect base.
  • Accurately maintain prospect and sales data on our Sage CRM system
  • Report weekly on progress and provide accurate and realistic sales forecasts.
  • Assist in the sales development of the company
  • Assist in the development of workable sales processes and to work with and build up relationships with the internal teams.


  • Experience within a similar B2B field sales role, working towards and consistently achieving targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Telecoms industry
  • Able to sell both over the phone and face to face
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages
