Job Type: Permanent
Salary: To £21,000 pa basic (DOE) with an excellent bonus structure
Location: Wrexham outskirts

Revive Recruitment are representing a client located on the outskirts of Wrexham with their exciting plans to extend their already high performing telesales team. As part of their future business strategy, we are looking to support our Client with the recruitment of two team members:

Business Development - The Position:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be put on the forefront of developing your own pipeline business sales leads to deliver revenue targets for the business. The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Pro-actively build prospects & pipeline business in the company’s CRM
  • Research potential new clients via social media
  • Make high volume B2B telesales calls to prospective clients
  • Overcome objections and agree follow up activity
  • Secure new business opportunities and build long term relationships with clients
  • Update CRM with all sales activity
  • Follow up any campaign activity
  • Maintain own prospective pipeline of potential new business; managing the full sales cycle
  • Creating proposals and quotations as per client requirements
  • Distributing marketing material; emails, brochures, exhibitions
  • Exceed the KPIs set for call volumes and conversions as set by Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Plan & organise your time to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner to maximise your sales opportunities
  • Working as part of an ambitious sales team in order to meet targets set by Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Build relationships with both the internal and external customer

The Person:

  • Experience of working in a business development, telesales or outbound calling environment, with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • An excellent telephone communicator with a confident and open style
  • Proactive attitude to sourcing leads and targeting prospects
  • A bright, go-getting person that is tenacious and resilient when faced with objections
  • Target driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive mental attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to plan and organise own workload
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • GSCE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Computer literacy

Business Development Executive - Benefits:
