Business Development Executive

My client is a leading supplier within their field to companies throughout the Home Counties, Central London and the UK. With over 40 years experience within the industry, my client holds a proud reputaation for providing flexible, transparent, quality and reliable solutions to companies.

The company has entered a growth phase and are looking to invest in a New Business Development Executive, it is an exciting time to join as the successful candidate will be involved in the growth of the company and have access to a large patch dealing with companies of all sizes. The commission is uncapped and offers a route to reward for a hard-working individual

Duties will include:

  • Meet and exceed GP targets & KPIs
  • Sales of profitable solutions to companies on allocated patch
  • Identifying, sourcing and visiting new business opportunities, through the phone and F2F meetings and when in the field.
  • Recording of visits, telephone calls and written communications
  • Compiling quotes in-line with company Profit & Loss matrix
  • Completion of internal company documentation
  • Contacts involved are Facility Managers, Office Managers, Procurement Managers, FD, Operation Directors, Managing Directors & CEOs

Skills & Competencies Required:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to succeed. Characteristics such as confidence, competitiveness, ambition, personal drive and persuasive ability are key.

  • Dynamic, tenacious, articulate & resilient
  • Success in sports is very desirable
  • Telesales / Field Sales Experience
