We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Business Development Executive to join a highly innovative company, at the cutting edge of cloud-based technology.

The Role

Based near to Banbury, the purpose of this exciting role will be to assist the Channel manager with sales, technical and business solution selling with a heavy commercial focus.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruiting new business opportunities
  • Develop technical expertise to assist with the sales pipeline, both to sell and account manage
  • Assist in field sales meetings and demos
  • Manage and deliver technical enablement plans with partners

Skills & Experience

  • Previous b2b sales track record will be of great value, however the company are also keen to speak with people with little or no previous sales experience but have the correct attitude and attributes to succeed such as a big passion for sales, hunger for success, self-drive, charisma, never-say-die attitude & professionalism.
  • Technical knowledge advantageous but by no means essential. This may include knowledge of cloud solutions & citrix visualisations
  • First-class communicator, with great negotiation skills and confidence to engage with prospective clients
  • Target driven

The basic salary for the job will be £16,000 - £18,000. The business have a strong emphasis on progressing and developing your career onto bigger and more exciting things within the company.
