Our client is a very successful, global software solutions company and is currently recruiting for a high calibre Business Development Executive to join their expanding business based in Wilmslow.
You will be joining a welcoming sales team where you will be provided with a full set of data and your responsibility will be to introduce the products and services of the business, with a view to progress relationships with the prospect clients.
You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities by approaching decision makers through making outbound calls. You will also be required to telephone and email warm prospects from the extensive database and deal with any incoming leads. Also, as part of this role you will be targeted on booking a demonstration, which is typically a 15 minute web meeting delivered by one of the external consultants as an introductory exposure to the company’s Software Solutions.
Initially this role will focus primarily on UK opportunities, but as the role grows there will be opportunities to work in a number of international markets.
- Previous experience work as a BDE within an Outbound sales environment
- New Business/B2B and software sales experience
- Experience of articulating a solution with multiple features and benefits to Director level contacts
- A proven successful track record in achieving Sales
- Delivering target KPIs within a challenging, growing and dynamic environment
- A clear demonstrable understanding of the sales process
- IT literate with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
