We are looking to recruit 2 motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to drive Business Development growth and collaborate towards sales performance progress for an expanding, consultative business based just outside of Swindon.

Operating from stunning offices near Royal Wootton Bassett, our client is recognizing a significant opportunity for expansion within their field of expertise.. As a result, they are seeking 2 Business Development Executives to join them in helping shape their ambitious plans to hit revenue targets and core activities.

Developing initial research leads through online and field research, the Business Development Executive's key responsibilities are to research and target relevant organisations, establishing a focused strategy in which your talent at building strong relationships will result in lasting partnerships.

Utilising a keen eye for sourcing potential prospects/opportunities, you'll explore possible client needs and promote connections to how company products and services can solve current issues, effectively negotiating a mutually beneficial professional strategy. These warm leads will then be escalated and passed onto the owners on the company to follow-up with deal closure.

In addition to contacting prospects by phone, email and in person, you'll be confident in maintaining CRM systems, and logging all Business Development activity, ensuring data is accurate and current. You'll also be thorough in compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports, demonstrating that sales activity is reflected in the core activities.
