Business Development Executive - Wolverhampton - £23k-£25k
Recruitment Pursuits are delighted to be working exclusively with an expanding Midlands based manufacturer in their search for a Business Development Executive.
The purpose of the role is to engage with both new and existing customers both in and out of the customers current target market and make them aware of the company's product offering.

We are looking for a determined, highly driven sales hungry individual with an ability to build a quick rapport with a variety of different customers.
You will do this by:
* Identifying new sales leads and following these up
* Establishing upsell opportunities within the clients current customer base
* Pitching products and/or services to new and existing clients in conjunction with the Sales Director
* Forging great business relationships with potential customers
Generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Generally working closely with the Sales Director to generate new business and maximise the potential with current customer base
Other typical duties include:
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
Generating enquires and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
We are looking for a candidate who has had some exposure the manufactured products, ideally steel, metal, fixtures and fittings, nuts and bolts, exotic materials
We are looking to pay a basic salary of £23k - 25k and will offer an uncapped bonus, the opportunity to earn fantastic money is available for the right individual.
